An AI model is not an application. The useful work starts when a model is connected to the right context, tools, interface, and feedback loop.
From model to app
Start with a specific user problem, then choose the smallest model and workflow that can solve it. Prompts, retrieval, tool calls, structured outputs, permissions, and evaluation should be designed together rather than added as disconnected features.
The goal is not to make a demo that answers one impressive question. It is to build an application that behaves predictably across ordinary inputs, failures, edge cases, and changing data.
